"Nothing beats Omnibell"

Continued excellence in service and product. This is the second adjustable kettlebell I've ordered from Omnibell. I ordered on a Sunday and received the package on Tuesday morning. Communication was prompt and clear, price is highly competitive.

The kettlebell itself is very solidly built, well designed and has a great finish. I ordered again because I'm so delighted with my first kettlebell from omnibell which I've been using for a couple of years now. The second is so I can do doubles work. Buying from omnibell truly is a lifetime purchase.

I've tried big brand kettlebell manufacturers before and been disappointed with their service. After using omnibell I'm never going back.

"I received my omnibell"

I received my omnibell, opened it up, and immediately saw rust. I reached out to the company and sent in some pictures. They responded just as quickly, and sent me a replacement. Due to challenges with shipping, they also let me keep the original and gave me some advice on how to address the rust. This was, I felt, an excellent and generous customer service experience. The bell itself is outstanding in quality. It is very comfortable to hold and use, and is already helping me push through some plateaus in my workouts. I am now a lifelong customer.

love the product, service was good. Had a bit of trouble when the delivery went to the wrong address tho it's not uncommon for my deliveries still a bit annoying considering the weight other than that very good stuff from omnibell.

Fast process from checkout to delivery. The product feels good quality and robust. Loving it so far. Only thing I'd pick up on, is the information sheet is missing the weight of the bar itself, without added weight plates, so this makes it more difficult to work out the total weight. Not a major issue, hence the 5 stars.
