I was super nervous when I first spoke to Lisa about PT sessions but have now been with her for over a year and LOVE my weekly sessions. She is fun, pushes me, is motivating and is a great person to chat with about life during the sessions.
She also started doing classes which are amazing and it's great to work out with other women but in a very small group, so there isn't the stress of walking into a room full of people you don't know! Even if it's your first time after a few minutes you will soon feel like you've known everyone forever, it's great fun!!!
Even better - we all go out for socials and enjoy food and drink together, a perfect balance!!!
What a great community you've created Lisa, thank you and well done!

Lisa has brought together a fantastic group of incredible women looking to build strength and fitness while also encouraging and supporting each other. It’s a brilliant class, the perfect length and intensity so you really feel like you’ve worked hard but still managed to fit it into a busy timetable. Highly recommend Lisa’s classes!

"Buggy Mama Fit"
I’ve recently joined Lisa’s new buggy mama fit class and it’s SO good! Being outdoors with my baby whilst doing something for me felt great. The workouts can be as hard as you want them to be and Lisa takes time to make sure everyone’s form is good so they are safe from injury. The atmosphere was fun and lighthearted, there was no issue if you needed to pause to see to your baby and I definitely felt the burn the next day! I’ll be going every week!

"Fun, friendly and professional PT"
After having two kids I was desperate to start moving my body in a way that felt good and made me feel strong again but had no idea where to start. I've never had a PT before and have always felt anxious around physical exercise but the instant I met Lisa I knew she was the right person to start my fitness journey with! Not only is she knowledgeable and good at encouraging / motivating you, but she's also just really friendly and makes the exercise feel fun. Her PT
space is brilliant - has all the gear you need and is nice and private. She really listens to what your worries are and works with you to get the results you want at the right pace for you. I've enjoyed my PT so much I've signed up for some of her other classes as well, and I'm excited to keep exercising with her - as much for my mental health as my physical health!

I joined Lisa’s circuits class about 6 months ago. I was after small group, social exercise environment which is exactly what it is. The group size is great as Lisa can help with position etc to prevent injury and can adapt if any difficulty. I have seen a big improvement in strength and fitness and really enjoy my Monday evenings!

Having never gone to a PT before, I was not sure what to expect - I chose Lisa mainly because her online presence suggested a positive and supportive environment for exercising, and this is exactly what I got. I always enjoy our sessions, as I know Lisa will make me work hard but also make sure I am taking breaks between each exercise and not tiring myself out completely. Over the weeks I have been working with her I have felt more fit and healthy than ever before, both because of our sessions and because she can offer great advice on other exercise to do outside these sessions. I cannot recommend her enough!!

Lisa is a fabulous PT. She was so supportive of me when I did her create in 8 programme. She made it fun!
She was always on hand with one to one support and guidance if I had any questions. I could message her any time and there was always a really swift response.
I found the create in 8 programme perfect for me because I knew I didn't want to attend a public gym. And her online workouts were fabulous. I could do them from home without feeling self conscious and it actually gave me more confidence to be in the public eye, so to speak. I actually now take my son swimming! Whereas, before the programme I would have never contemplated wearing a costume.
I learnt alot about my relationship with food, in particular my negative relationship with certain foods such as crisps (binge eating them) and wine intake. Lisa taught me to recognise these negative connections and why I may have these eating and drinking behaviours. Now, I don't drink much at all, my relationship with alcohol is now a positive one, and my crisp intake has decreased massively! And I feel so much more alive, positive and productive.
I also had a big issue with not eating enough protein. I'm lactose free so would avoid healthy yoghurts for example. I learnt other ways, as well as using lactose free greek yoghurt (a game changer for me!) To up my protein intake. I have much more energy now and actually crave less sugary snack type foods. The same goes for carbs. Lisa taught me that carbs aren't bad! Our body needs them and by avoiding them, you'll only start to crave things and then in my case, binge eat biccies, Choccies and takeaways. Lisa taught me healthy ways to eat carbs. And my relationship with binge eating has drastically changed.
Her apps, online workouts, and weekly check ins were great. Everything was easy to use and the plan was easy to follow. I highly recommend lisa as a PT. She is ace!

Amazing! Lisa is so patient and understanding of my needs. She really listens. I can't see improvement week on week. Her online sessions are amazing and the app is so simple to use. She explains everything so well. Ive tried other pts and gyms in the past and now ive met lisa there is no way I would go to anyone else.

I can’t recommend Lisa enough. I have been training with her for 2 years now and can honestly say she has changed my life!! Her sessions are brilliant and she is so motivating, it’s my weekly pick-me-up.
I enrolled in the create in 8 programme about a year ago and Lisa taught me so much about a healthy balanced diet and counting the macros. Although I no longer keep tabs on this I still look at the protein/carbs content and actually think twice about what I eat. My confidence increased massively as I saw such a quick change in my physique and felt healthier and stronger almost instantly.
I would recommend both the create in 8 programme and personal training sessions to anyone. It has totally changed my attitude to exercise and gives me the headspace I need. Thank you Lisa x
