My car broke down on a Saturday. I called Empire when it happened and within 1 hour, not only did they make arrangements for my car to get to a shop, they even had me in a rental car. They dealt directly with the mechanic and covered everything with original parts from Mercedes. Overall easy to get in touch with and very attentive to all of my needs.

Had empire protect. Transferred it to a new car that I bought. Had car for about 25 days and had a leak from radiator. Mind you I did not have to have 30 days because I Transferred it. Did they pay? Nope demmend it pre exciting. The mechanic said I would have known when I bought it if it had a leak. So that means it didn't happen before I got the car. Let's just say I left them fast. Do Not waist your money.
