I've purchased from this company 3 times now and the best thing about it is that they offer store pickup for free. It's also a great company for the things I purchase because they have great prices and the quality is what I expect. I've also had positive experiences with their customer service and they've sent me a few samples of things so I was able to test them out before buying. The only downfall to a company like this is some of the items I'm interested in require large purchase quantities. Aside from that, I plan to buy anything I can from them since I've only had positive experiences.

This is a quality product for a really good price that was delivered faster than I thought it would be. It was perfect for my roasted jalapeño pepper hot sauce.

The inventory at the store is great. An explanation at check out as to why my shipping was nearly $60 on the low end would have been helpful. I'm an herbalist who makes extracts, so I really needed the bottles. I bit the bullet because the rest of the price was very competitive. As it turns out, each case is thoroughly packed in it's own box to ensure ZERO breakage, which is a good thing. Thank you for your selection and careful packing. I will shop again for extra lids for these bottles and more!

Once shipped, the bottles arrived quickly and were perfectly fine. The ordering process was cumbersome, requiring multiple exchanges by phone and email, a credit card (rather than invoicing), a return to the credit card when the shipping quote proved unreliable, and sluggish response times. A 2.5x change to the quoted freight price after placing the order is deeply irritating.
