"not enough stock. no discount adjustment. 1 week later no tracking"

had to pay higher price because the bottlestore did not have stock to enable ordering of quantity to receive discount. Called them, and they would not adjust price despite being one case under the discount level and only because they did not have another case for me to order.
it should not be my fault they did not properly stock the item at levels to give offered discount pricing. That they would not adjust cost, as if it were my fault they did not have stock, says a lot about their customer care, or lack thereof, and reasonability in addressing reasonably requested flexibility in pricing adjustment in matters of the bottlestore's fault. Additionally, it has been more than a week since I placed my over $4000.00 order, for which they've had my payment, and I still have no order shipment tracking information.
This customer is not pleased with this transaction's handling or the bottlestore's responsiveness to reasonable customer need.
