The drivers are always happy, helpful and in great spirits. It is fun to mingle with everyone as we help unload our goodies and load them in our cars.

I have been very pleased with all of the products I have ordered from Azure Standard.🦖However, one improvement concerning delayed pick-up times would be to receive a text message for delays for any persons (probably very few) that should request it. I choose not to receive my email on my phone, but I always have my phone with me and a text message would be a big help.

A can exploded in box with bagged items.several were soaked. I texted Azure, they gave me credit for items ruined. I appreciate the speedy response.

My box and bag of broccoli smelled like an ashtray, it was disgusting. I was trying not to hold it or have it touch me, which was then hard to get it out into separate bags because it smelled so bad like a smoker packed it.
I had to put it in Ziploc bags because I wasn't going to put that smelly bag in my freezer.
I have an auto immune disease and I'm very sensitive to the cigarette smell.
