Pick up location was 1 minute from my house. Truck driver was early not late, very friendly, helpful and patient by pausing during a heavy downpour of rain. Drop coordinator very organized, friendly and helpful. Products are very good, items that I cannot buy locally.

Ordering is easy. The updates are awesome. I love pulling up to the truck and getting my product. The drivers are friendly and professional. I love getting a free pallet when I can.

Everything was great, but I was missing one of the grain bags from my order which was disappointing (the rye grain). Didn’t realize it til it was too late.

Overcharged. Ordered and received toilet paper. Charged for paper towels. Sent message regarding this. Was given a $10 credit to my account. Paid $60 for 48 rolls of toilet paper.

Note: On items that may not ship with orders. I try and add the same item but different quantities than I want. There has to be a way to know what is shipping before there’s no turning back?

My first order and it and I picked up my boxes from the dro location. Triple checked my name on the packages when I got home I had someone's else stuff in the box and they obviously had my item. Company acted like this just happens then I had to go back to the drop location to make the exchange the next day. It was like my inconvenience was no big deal and it just happens.
