Can’t count on the product quality and azure won’t stand behind it after 7 days. There is no way I’m going through 25 pound bags of wheat berries in 7 days. The amount of rocks and debris I found in my wheat berries is unacceptable, and I won’t be continuing with azure anymore. Thought I found a good thing but if they won’t stand behind their product, I can’t waste my money.

The truck was on time and my entire order was filled. Everything was fresh and in perfect condition,

"Cold items that need refrigeration."

The last 2 orders I ordered items that need to be refrigerated and they were not. Called both times and there were over 150 waiting calls. I was called back, but boy that seems like a lot of calls. Anyone the first time I called I was told sorry and had to get a credit because by the time I found the yogurt I was afraid to eat it. The second time I was told I had to ask for that under special directions. Question would be why the item would not be put in a box that tells the drop off that there were items to be put in the refer.? I was told because you are saving boxes? Anyway I think that should be automatic.

Azure is always easy to navigate & they update when things will be slower. I am thankful for this service as it gives me healthier options delivered to me due to our grocery stores not carrying quality foods that I like.
