"Very professional and reliable"

I chose Bespoke to fit a new Vaillant 425 boiler in 2018, they weren't the cheapest or the most expensive (predictably British Gas can claim that prize) and everything was fine, a clean and tidy installation. Every year they service it and should I have any problems I know I can rely on Bespoke to efficiently sort it out.

Bespoke Gas replaced our ageing boiler and upgraded to a pressurised heating system. Anthony was very knowledgeable in explaining the options which I feel he always did in a very honest fashion. A full powerflush was also carried out which has really helped the heat output from the radiators and a new column radiator installed as a last minute request. All work carried out by the team was professionally finished and rechecked in the days following to iron out any teething issues. They also happily diverted mid job to help us with a family members boiler leak emergency without hesitation! Thoroughly recommend.

"Central Heating Boiler Repair"

My boiler failed the other week, which wasn't a surprise as I had neglected it for a few years. I called Bespoke Gas who are a small local company, who I find very helpful and friendly. They replaced a number of worn parts and cleaned up several other parts where possible and on completion, the boiler was working a treat and the radiators were red hot!
I thoroughly recommend them!

Anthony came for our initial quote and was very respectful of our property and very polite from that point we wanted Bespoke to do the work required just down to the customer service!! When the quote came this was also a shock firstly at how reasonable it was and at how in depth the Information provided was spoke to Kate in the office who once again was very polite and well informed. Fitting day, Ryan arrived and got to work straight away with removing the old boiler and fitting the new one and his apprentice cracked on fitting the new radiator valves. Odd bit of solder left on the floor but not much. At the end of day 1 the boiler didn't work due to a suspected manufacturing error Bespoke contacted the manufacturer and they arrived the next day as did Cliff and Ryan end of day 2 the boiler was working. A small drip from one of the radiators was found afterwards on day 3 but Ryan was out very quickly and it was all fixed! All round good install thank you to the whole Bespoke Team.
