Honestly couldn't fault them atall.
They fitted a full central heating system in under 4 days but their quality of work was superb. They were really friendly and considerate checking things were as I wanted before fitting it and nothing seemed too much trouble. And to top it off they ensured everything was clean and tidy at the end of each day!

I had several quotes to replace my boiler but I chose Antony at Bespoke Gas Ltd based on his consideration of all of my requirements. He listened to all my concerns and not only addressed them during his visit but also included them in my quotation. This put me at ease as I knew he was not just fitting a boiler but a boiler that suited my specific requirements. Following his visit I had a couple of further questions and his response was quick and comprehensive.
On the day of the installation, I could not had been more delighted. I dreaded it as the area where the boiler is located had recently been decorated and this included a new carpet - my experience of workmen in the house hasn’t always been a happy one! Anthony was so tidy and respectful. Other than a sparkly new boiler, I genuinely would not know that he’d been!
He took time to explain how to use the boiler and the work he had undertaken and presented the instructions all in one wallet.
I will certainly recommend Bespoke Gas to my friends and family without hesitation.

We would definitely recommend bespoke gas ltd brilliant service. We phoned Anthony up late one evening as our boiler had been condemned by a different company having two small children we wanted it sorted quickly. Anthony came round the next day and gave us a quote within 24hrs and we were then booked in for the following Week after a cancellation however Anthony was trying to do everything in his power to move people so that we could have it done as soon as possible. We had already made our minds up even before the quote came through that we wanted to go with them this is because Anthony has amazing knowledge and such a friendly manner we knew we were in safe hands.You can tell they take great pride in there work and our very professional. Anthony was very quick at sorting things out if there was a problem. We now have a fully functioning combi boiler which we our very happy about. Thank you so much to all the team
