Disgusting company
Placed an order, chased them up around 4 weeks later. Nothing.
Later seen that the order was "cancelled"
Then expected us to wait upto a month later to recieve a refund which they'd already recieved off us and had for a month already and on their own website they put a wrong number. How convenient..

Go anywhere but here

"Disappointing customer service"

I ordered mirrors extenders that turned out not to fit despite the website saying they were universal. I looked at the returns policy to return which directed me to the delivery note and returns paperwork in the packaging, but these hadn't been packed. I tried ringing but gave up waiting. So sent an email to sales asking what I need do to return the items, I received a message back a couple of days later asking what model bike I was ordering for, which I replied to same day, after which I have heard nothing.

"Hopeless customer service"

Hopeless customer service. Ordered a visor that was showing in stock on the website and received an order confirmation. The website said dispatch in 2-4 days. After 4 days and no further correspondence I decided to call. I eventually got through to someone who said they would pass on the query and someone would contact me that day. Nothing. So I called again the following day and was again told someone would look into it and contact me later. A refund email appeared a few hours later with no explanation or apology.
I got a full refund but have wasted a week waiting for an item that was probably never in stock and will now have to try and find it somewhere else.
I just checked and their website is still saying the visor is in stock.

"Disappointing and frustrating"

I ordered an item that should arrive in less than a week. About 3 weeks go by and I get in touch to find out why it still didn’t arrive, I was told that the item got out of stock around the time I bought it. They sold out. Even though that when I bought it said that it was “in stock”.
They mention about receiving a delivery on that same week from the company of the item (leg cover) and then I was finally going to get it.
Another 3 weeks go by. I ask again what is happening with the order and I was told that they sent it to the wrong address because they made a mistake with the post code and that I would get the item in around 1 to 2 days. Which finally arrived.
So, I ordered something that should be with me in no more than a week’s time and it took 2 months.
The person that I spoke with was very respectful and always tried to help, but still took 2 months to arrive. My experience was a disappointment and somewhat of a headache. It’s frustrating that I had to keep getting in touch to know what was happening. They had my e-mail and phone number and didn’t get in touch. The first time they mention that they tried to call me but when I went back to check I hadn’t missed calls or anything of the sorts.

Ordered a jacket which was too small , sent back for a refund. Tracked the delivery which they signed for and now. Ignoring my emails and havent refunded the money. Trading standards are the next port of call.

They are struggling for products by the emails I am getting about delays but what has been sent has been great.
Box with a £1000 suit was open and not signed for and battered but the item was OK. The DPD guy ran as fast as he could from my door when I was opening it. Maybe the suit was to big for him.
