I've used this company for a few years now. The annual drama of policy renewal is very straight forward when dealing with BeMoto. Everything is carefully explained and reasoned when verifying what you require. Plenty of options are offered during the process with no pressure sales tactics involved. I needed to change quite a bit on my policy before renewing, in total a 58 minute phone call! The agent I dealt with, Manny, was very patient and helpful. As a biker himself he knew exactly what I was on about when fine-tuning my policy. All at a very good price.
