Emma was very helpful and had a pleasant manner on the telephone. She took time to explain everything and understood my requirements fully.
Unfortunately on this occasion BeMoto were unable to provide a more competitive offer than my current insurance provider.

BeMoto continue to impress me with their standard of customer service. We are currently having building work done to our garage at home which necessitates storing the bike at a different address temporarily. The alternative address was added with no issue mid-term and without charging an admin fee.

I've just dealt with my renewal which was reasonably priced and I had the pleasure of speaking to Manny who was friendly and knowledgeable. Also, pleased to report the renewal line was answered quickly.

The one caveat I'd make is that I've never made a claim through BeMoto, which is obviously the real test!
