We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Metropolitan Shuttle. My representative from the company was available and so friendly whenever I needed him. The price for the bus was SO reasonable and our bus arrived promptly at both our pick-up and departure times. Excellent company to work with!

We chartered a bus to D.C. For the Women's March, it was a record setting crowd, hour wait in Metro, traffic on all roads into D.C. Our driver Junior was amazing, he took back roads to avoid traffic, determined a spot for drop off and pick up...one block from the Capitol!! He was early to arrive for pick up and drop off!!! Junior was so helpful, we couldn't have done it without him!
I booked our bus with Norbert who was attentive to our needs, provided fast, friendly service. He answered my multiple emails and calls quickly and provided me all information requested.
