Very nice and polite
Explained all to me thoroughly and accurately which was great
Wasn’t kept waiting on the line to pay my yearly house insurance Sam answered the phone after 4 rings ( makes a very pleasant change not having to wait minutes for the call to be answered )
Sam spoke very clearly ( without being rude that made a great change I could actually understand what Sam was saying because believe you me it’s not regular occurrence. Majority of the time I’m saying sorry , can you say that again etc etc
All in all impressed with Sam !

As someone who works in Insurance (and used to do training for customer managers for a competitor) I feel like I experienced a real master class by Jason today. Honestly could not be happier, very clear, quickly understood my needs, the call was personal but professional. Honestly 10/10.
