"I ordered 2 holiday necklaces on…"
I ordered 2 holiday necklaces on November 24th and I still haven't received them. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I tried contacting the company 3 times, and only got a response when I called my credit card company. I got an email from NOVADAB today, December 27th, that my items were shipping today. Over 1 month after ordering, and not in time for Christmas. This is a horrible company, and trust me they will not return your email. (Finally got a reply over 2 years later? And a request to alter my review? This is hilarious!!! And I will NEVER buy from you again)

I ordered something from this place on November 25th. I just today, on December 20th, got notice that they shipped it today. It's holiday themed, meant to be worn to holiday events I've already been to because it was so late. It's a waste of time and money.

I ordered four necklaces via Groupon on November 6. It is December 8 and I have not received my necklaces. I wrote 3 emails and called and left messages and did not hear from them. I am going to report to Groupon too

Poor service called several times on 12/3-12/4 and was hung up on no answered. I would not recommend doing any Business with this Company. Will inform Groupon as well.

Had my CC info stolen by this company. An employee purchased $400 and Bed, Bath and Body and 2 adult tickets to the Texas Aquarium. Luckily CHASE was on the ball and blocked the $400 charge and reversed the Texas Aquarium charge. This was a brand new card, and this was the only place I had used it. Lost a customer for life and I will tell everyone to avoid this company,

I must say, the products I received from them are as perfect as these are displayed over the website. I will call it my hard luck that one of the products I ordered was out of stock. When I contacted customer care for the same, they duly address my queries and resolved the issue in time. Thumbs up Novadab for incredible services and great products!

I planned to give Nvadab a try and it worked well for me. The bracelet I received was of awesome quality and I got the same before the stated time. My mother just loved it. "I purchased a Groupon coupon on April…"
I purchased a Groupon coupon on April 30th 2018 which directed me to novadab. I received one email showing sunglasses were ordered. I called everyday only to wait on hold for about 20 minutes then I get hung up on. I reached customer service by chat only to be told the item I bought for $5.99 on groupon, then an extra $6.99 shipping, which wasn't told when I ordered the groupon, was not in stock. They said once the item was in stock, they would send them out. Unbelievable!! Why sell them on your website if there not in stock. A out of stock on items is usually put on merchandise online when something is not available. Most companies won't sell items they don't have access to. I am very upset!! Novadab is the worst company I have ever worked with.
