Due to sudden changes of Japanese Authority policy, they announced no direct straight flight from Hk to Sapporo on 27 Dec, and I bought another sets of tickets with 1 more stop over on Korea on your web on 28 Dec immediately while I am still having an original set of straight flight from Hong Kong airlines bought on 13 Dec, pending from Hong Kong airlines latest updates. However, Japanese Authority announced seconds news on 29 Dec that they allow straight flight again from Hong Kong to Sapporo given all passengers/ services agents are proved to not stay in mainland china for past 7 days. I finally get confirmation from Hk airlines on 29 Dec, my original flight will be resumed to normal now. So, I sincerely request to help us to cancel the new ticket sets bought from your web with free cancellation, hope you could understand my dilemma situation. Look forward to your reply soon. I have sent an email to your cs email address, but I am still waiting for your reply now.

"Can't be trusted"

Ticket information for luggage allowance and the actual allowance are different. I asked for resolve the problem since it is cheaptickets.com mistake but customer service staff advised me that I have to recheck with airlines again after every booking... WAIT!!! if I can't trust the website that I use to book a ticket then why should I use cheaptickets.com?
