I was very surprised at the two for one offer on Lift shoes and ordered the e width in 10 1/2. Received excellent response as to order processing and shipping, shoes arrived in timely fashion. I was very disappointed that the e width is not all that wide, no possibility of wearing the shoes. They appeared to be of excellent construction and quality,in contacting customer service they explained that " if you have really wide feet they won't work for you". I guess my thought that e was pretty wide was mistaken. They promptly sent a return voucher and I shipped them back at my expense. I just wish they had been a bit more forward about the sizing for us trogladites.

Great shoes! Ordered the 10.5 Wide and the 11 wide in case the 10,5 was too small. 10,5 Wide was a perfect fit. Really like the shoes and the quality. Great for flying and good for walking. Excellent feel. Buy with confidence.
