Nick Hook was knowleagle, patient and respectful, Christian Johnson was just as helpful,respectful and knowledgeable, helped me decide how to allocate my fund. Hannah Maldonado and Kathleen Collins were the backbones that assisted the team of experts. Oh, forgot to mention precious metals was what I invested in… not much but earned it with my own sweat, blood and tears working full time and a half as a single
Mom. No government assistance. In fact , I paid more than my share of taxes.

"Could not get up the chain to a Supervisor wass blocked 2 different attempts"

I had dealing with one specific sales person at American Heartford Gold. After the Great reviews i thought i was on the right track. Since this election was very close i decide to not move forward till after the election based on my potential tax increases personal business etc. When i advised him this morning he asked if i thought Gold prices would be different based on one or the other party being elected? I said yes he said well i guess you got it all figured out and hung up on me immediately. I called back to 2 different agents requesting a Supervisor to complain of the condescending and rude demeanor that this Sales rep developed thinking that he has the right to a sale because he is there and putting in the effort and how dare i deny him of his commission so he was going to let me know what i already knew. No one has it figured out Kelvin not you or me so i was in my full right to not get swayed into buying based on you knew something i didn't. Well let me let you in on a little secret you didn't know! Retired 50 Year Airline Pilot, Just sold one of the most successful and largest Fishing Lodges in Alaska. I guess that's why your still slugging away each day to convince chumps like me we don't know anything and i am comfortably retired with or without your Gold!!! I believe you lack respect for your clients and advise you to go into a non service field you will probably be more successful as a car engine is not as Smart as you!
