It has taken me years to find someone to customise a bag to my needs. Henry has been a godsend and the final product has exceeded my expectations. He has been professional, supportive, understanding and realistic throughout the process to ensure that my needs for something different were met.
No high street retailer accommodates bags that can’t be carried either on the shoulders or in hands. Henry has adapted a ‘bumbag’ style bag that means i can carry more than what a small bumbag can offer.
It’s both practical and of high leather quality and I would/will recommend his services to anyone who needs something that doesn’t meet high street standards.
I am so glad i can finally carry my own belongings! What might seem little to someone, Henry has designed something for me that gives me a little more independence. This goes a very long way!
