Bought a collapsible large crate for my Mali puppy to stay in whilst we go away.

Previously had a crate from elsewhere that had plastic joints and tubing which simply just shattered a few days into use with minimal force.

Thought this HugglePets product would be better as the bars are solid and definitely feel sturdy. Problem is that the connection for the top of the crate is made of plastic... and guess what snapped when I went to put it together or take it down? Yup, the plastic parts. Really frustrating as I needed a crate that was lightweight, sturdy and easy to pack into the car- which this crate almost was, except it literally broke on first use.

Would be miles better if the connection was not made of plastic that snaps with a knock of the crate, or when trying to get the tough connection to go in.

"Great fabric crate/carrier"

Great fabric crate/carrier, good value for money compared to others, seems high quality with good zips and pockets and the fleece that came in it is so soft. Super easy to fold up and down, perfect for use in my small car. My puppy has been travelling so well as she loves being in it.

Good quality materials, sturdy frame as i noticed some soft crates seem pretty wobbly, and excellent value for money.
Haven't used it yet so time will tell if its durable. So far, very pleased with this.

"The pop up crate is great"

The pop up crate is great. It's light and easy to carry. We brought the medium first, which was a bit small for our pooch, but the X large was perfect. Their communication was excellent, and the refunded fast too. Great company.
