This jewellers has it all. Quality designer goods to suit all prices. A really charming and helpful team, and set in a lovely marina setting where you can grab a coffee or something to eat after your shopping trip. AND they do lovely repairs and cleaning so you have the full package.

"Children's Rainbow Earrings"

I ordered a pair of 'Rainbow' earrings for my granddaughter for her 8th birthday which arrived a few days after placing the order. They are wonderful and I know she's going to love them. They're beautifully packaged in their own little, monogrammed, jute, drawstring bag something that adds that personal touch. This is not the first time I've bought jewellery from Merchant's and it certainly wont be the last. I shopped in store the last time and it was such a lovely experience, nothing was too much trouble, I was made to feel very welcome. The owner was kind, courteous and very helpful. I really can't speak highly enough of this Jeweller and can thoroughly recommend a visit.

Visited Merchants last July after staying on site for 2 nights attend a Wedding in Walsall
Husband and Wife team which is brilliant.
At first I did not think I could afford anything as the shop is very up market looking.
After asking to look at a ring and spending an hour or more.
I purchased a Bering Watch, Bearing bracelet lovely Bering ring 2 pairs of earrings with hidden ruby's in the back of the earrings
Staff were excellent and know the jewellery business very very well.
Have recently purchased online another pair of earings too.
Will be looking online at Merchants soon.
