The staff here are a pleasure to deal with. We've bought a range of different items including jewellery and watches for ourselves and various gifts for family and friends which have been very happily received. We stumbled across Merchants Jewellers whilst having a walk around the marina.
My partner saw some watches on display and he was straight inside.
The shop had a lovely layout and plenty of space to walk around with a pushchair too. We were welcomed and offered any help if we needed it. It was great that we didn't feel pressured or like we were being followed around, and when we did need help the owner was right there.
After trying on a few of the watches, my partner decided on the ZEPPELIN 100 JAHRE SWISS CHRONOGRAPH 7680-1 42MM.
Upon collection, the watch was presented in a lovely box, and with a 3 year warranty too.
My partner constantly (still now) talks about his watch, and will definitely be shopping with you again soon to add more to his collection.

This is a great Jewellers. I have bought many pieces from them and love popping in when I'm in the area. I have had a fair few watches repaired here as well. Staff are lovely. Very helpful and make it s pleasure to go in. Could not recommend enough and would not consider going elsewhere.
