Our second purchase from Rattan Direct and we couldn't fault them. Great quality products at a great price, delivered on time without any hassle.

I don’t think this company really care, so I’m not going into massive detail.

Had a terrible experience with them a few years ago with an ‘in stock’ item taking 18 months to deliver.

I ordered an additional mid section to expand it. Hoping they had changed. All showing in stock and delivered within 5 days. I picked a delivery date and nothing arrived. No communication and no delivery.

Rearranged and no delivery. Decided to give up as I’m not waiting 18 months again with constant fake delivery dates.

It’s sad that this company can’t be honest about what they have in stock and hope you wait until it arrives from China.

The continual sale that never ends and constantly changing RRP prices leave a bad impression too. I notice they also say they have a 5* trustpilot score on their website.

If they were just honest I’m sure they would actually be more successful as the products are quite nice.

They did refund my money quickly though. Thought that would be a nightmare, but pleasantly surprised.

"Unhappy customer"

I ordered and paid for 6pc Florida set costing £2,750.00p on the 27th April 2022 and promised delivery date was 17th May,I got an email from Rattan direct on 16th May at 3.20pm stating that there was a delay to my order and I would not get it until 1st June, email a bit late already booked day off work, my orderer did not get delivered on the 1st June, which I had taken another day off work for, the company has not been in touch with me since 16th May, I am trying to get in touch with the company by telephone without any luck.

Steve helped me choose the perfect chairs and table for my balcony.
The delivery man was really helpful assembling it for me also. Great service!

Even though they had difficulties with supply chain issues Rattan Direct contacted us providing us with updates and they were happy to respond to us with our queries in a timely manner. We love the furniture and is very good quality! Will be a returning customer for more furniture in the future.

Steve dealt with us at little Hulton and was brilliant. He showed us round, there was no pressure to buy and he was really helpful. He understood we had a budget and helped us make our choice! It was ordered and delivered two days later and we love it!!
