I have never been so disgusted with a company in all my life. i have orderd over the past year i orders a kenzo jumper in december which come with the arm burnt i let that go as they give me the credit back. but recenctly an order got deliverd apparently to my which i dont have a porch? They have told me they have pictures of it in my porch but have failed to send me them threw they have been negative towards me when its my 2 year olds daughters clothing then because i stated that i was going to share my situation on social media they then threatened to close the investigation they then sent me a form to fill out which was in fact another customers with her name and details on which i believe they have broke GDPR by sharing that to me. i have spoken to dpd and they have shared the outcome with my sender who still havernt shared it with me they also told me a dpd driver who supposedly put ny parcel in my so called porch would be out to see me today i have been in the whole day and there still isnt any sign of anybody coming! i have every bit of proof of what this company have done uts absoloutly shocking to say the least! in my eyes they are ripping children off!! i wont stop until i make this clear

I ordered the Ugg baby Keelan, glitter ankle boots in gold for my granddaughter for christmas. I have to say they are even better in real life, the picture doesn’t do them justice. They are absolutely gorgeous and at a great price, fast delivery and well packaged. Will definitely be ordering more items... would further like to add, we will be uploading, and tagging panachekids when our little Dolly will be wearing them at christmas.

Had to make a return as the item I order Came realy small for its size however sent item tracked so I know they received the item 12 days ago and no refund,won’t answer my messges and website states once return is recieved your refund will be within 10 days however this isn’t true,won’t use again

I ordered some children's Converse (Radio Blue size 8) on Friday at 9:13AM. On the Wednesday I checked my account online only to see that my order had not been dispatched?!
When I eventually got through to someone on the phone, which took 11 tries, I was told that they had been very busy with orders and that she would go and check on the shoes. She came back a few moments later (after not putting me on hold so I could hear them mumbling saying 'So what should I tell him?') and told me that the shoes I had ordered were out of stock and that there was a note next to my name for someone to call me. When I asked why it had taken them 3 full working days to contact me (or not in this case as I had to call them), I was simply told that they were busy.
The most frustrating thing here is that the shoes are needed for my nephew to wear at my wedding this weekend! Had I been told that the shoes were out of stock on the website, or even if someone had called me on the Monday to tell me, I would have had time to source them elsewhere (as they are a seasonal run, they are pretty hard to come by).
One thing I will say, is the lady that I spoke to was very pleasant, even when I was perhaps a bit irate with her on the phone. I feel that the failure here is in the process that the company follows (or perhaps doesn't have yet), not necessarily with the staff.
