I have used Revival Finance twice now, the first time was to get a mortgage as a first time buyer and the 2nd time was to remortgage the property this year.

I was fairly clueless as a first time buyer and while remortgaging for the first time. Both times Luke N went through all the options with me and was in constant contact with myself and was there at the end of the phone or via email when I needed information or help.

I had some issues trying to secure a mortgage because the type of property and I ended up going with another house and having all the details changed over etc.

I also had Rhianna C that would follow up emails and communicate with me throughout the process. Both were fantastic and worth their weight in gold.

This is the third time I have used Revival Finance, throughout the latest process of applying for a Mortgage I was kept up to date with everything that was going on. I could not always get hold of Luke straight away by phone, but he always contacted me back to discuss my concerns. If you are looking for a mortgage broker who is approachable and willing to take the time to explain all the jargon that comes with a mortgage application, then Revival Finance are the people to go to. We used Revival Finance after recommendation from a friend. Our new mortgage was quickly arranged when the mini budget fiasco if 2022 was happening last October. We were updated throughout the process regularly. Our mortgage rate was 6.24% that was arranged in the October. Revival was chasing the lender throughout our house move and managed to reduce it once the interest rates dropped in 2023 to 4.19% saving us nearly £300pm😁Highly recommended, would use again😁
