"A company with excellent customer service."

I first had issues with Shropshire Design when I sought a price match item several months ago, which lead me to leave a poor review. I have since been contacted by the company and reassured that what had happened was a fault on their part in actually receiving my communication. Since then, they have went above and beyond in trying to help me get my item at the price I had first seen elsewhere. Peter, has been excellent in communicating with me, letting me know what is happening and know when the item had shipped. I have since received the mirror and have had it fitted and I have to say the quality is excellent.

Companies with excellent customer service are unfortunately not common, even less so is companies who take mistakes on the chin and make significant attempts to improve the customers previously bad experience. SD did this and more. I highly recommend them.

Classy beatiful products. I ordered 2 side table with gold knobs that came instead with silver handles. Upon contacting customer service, they sent the gold knobs with a smal screwdriver to fix this. As the item came assembled, and I'm terrible with DIY, upon requestion, they also agreed to send someone to fix this. I have managed to do it with another handyman, but appreciate the service.
