I Bought a Beautiful Table from this company from start to finish it was a lovely experience could not fault this company in anyway I will certainly be purchasing more products in future

What a find! I had never heard of Shropshire Design before and found them after I was looking for a Richmond Interiors "Bloomstone" Coffee Table and they seemed to be offering it at the best price. I was impressed with their customer services, which was nothing short of excellent. They came back to me immediately each time I emailed them and the table actually arrived slightly more quickly than I was expecting. The table itself is stunning - it has a lovely stone appearance and texture but without being so heavy so getting it in to my living room was easy. The delivery guy helped me and also offered to take the box away but I declined as I have another use for it. There are some beautiful products on the website and I look forward to shopping with them again!

"Disappointing - bar not available "

Bought a Coretta Bar from them and paid upfront only to be told bar wasn't available for 6-7 months (but they could keep my money to make sure I was at front of queue - kind!). Then took 18 days to refund me. They subsequently reached out and I understand this was a rare glitch. Shame as they have a lot of nice products. I would. Give them another try.

I have had a wonderful experience with Shropshire designs. I don't usually take the time to leave reviews but I think this company tries really hard to offer an excellent customer service and product offering. I bought the Lingbo sideboard, which is a very large item and I was worried about access to my property. I called to check things in advance before I placed the order and the customer service guy checked my access on Google Maps and confirmed delivery would be fine to my home, which took away a lot of stress because I have had items that have failed delivery due to difficult access. The sideboard arrived within 2 weeks and is absolutely stunning. The price was much better than some other places that sell it and delivery was also free to me in Bucks. Thank you to Shropshire designs for a fab experience - customer service is obviously very important to this company.

stunning, better than the photographs on the website.

"Terrible Quality"

Terrible Quality! Avoid
I ordered the Ryland Butler Stand a few months ago and to my dismay after two months the legs have sheered in half and the table is now completely broken :(. On close inspection the break has revealed bad craftsmanship the legs which appear on the outside to be be hand carved are infact just glued together - when I asked for a replacement for the fault I was told this was I fact my fault for putting anything on the table. This perhaps is something you may expect ever a few years but not in two months a you would get better quality from Ikea - hugely disappointing.
