"Awful, awful company"

Would give zero stars if I could. Absolute awful company to deal with. We have been waiting delivery of our item, that was supposedly in stock, for over 2 months. The goods have apparently been in transit for this entire time however have not arrived. SD are unable to confirm an ETA. Shocking service from a company who “pride ourselves on being a beacon of trust and reliability” as detailed on their very own website.

Once arrived, the item was shipped promptly and arrived next day.

Very pleased with my order which was a large mirror it arrived in perfect condition with no damage at all. I was kept informed from start to finish with emails about despatch and delivery.
So pleased with Shropshire Design they stock a great choice of designer products at very good prices. I will be using them again for more designer pieces for my home. Also their discounts are great if you are buying a few pieces.
Well done a great company ten out of ten.

I ordered a large glass pol potten fish and even though it was extremely well packed and padded, it arrived broken!..
the customer service dept were really good and communicated with me constantly so that they could do everything to deal with the complaint to thedelivery company responsible and began the process to get a replacement to me as soon as possible. I am very happy with the service I have received and will definitely order again with confidence.
