"Excellent customer service"

Ordered a table lamp from Shropshire Design and it was delivered the following day. Unfortunately the packaging had been damaged in transit and the lamp shade sustained a small tear. I notified Shropshire Design immediately and had a prompt response from Jacob. After sending photographs as requested Jacob informed me that a new shade would be sent out from the suppliers, RV Astley. I am so impressed with the speed of the response.
I must say that the lamp, an RV Astley Lisle tall table lamp is so beautiful, with the solid chrystal base outstanding.
Thank you Shropshire Design for your outstanding customer service through Jacob. A credit to your company. I will not hesitate to use your company in the future.

This Company is fabulous. The product prices are very much on point and highly competitive. The only issue, being a very small one, the delivery charge wasn't made clear at point of sale. With that said, it was quickly rectified by them and delivery was 48hrs. I would certainly review 6 stars if poss, so huge 5 ⭐️ from me.
