"The first man I spoke too"

Called the showroom this morning about my Toilet Seat . Which has a four inch crack. Completely unusable. The first man I spoke too, was quite abrasive. I said I couldn't find my receipt. But knew the date I bought it. He answered we have have loads of orders. If my name and address was put, into the computer, my details should come up. After doing a email with the details he gave me, the email didnt get to them. Had to call them back, and spoke to the lady there. Who was helpful. I've spoken to them three times since I took delivery of my bathroom, And once going into the showroom. Every time, its been curt. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anybody. I had a problem with the plastic part under the seat. The showroom said because I didn't have the receipt, I couldn't have them. Called the manufactures. They sent the parts out the same day.The bathroom is only seven months old. Forgot too edit this. Plastic parts worked for a while, then had the same problem. Found rhe receipt, and got the money back for the seat and bought another elsewhere. The toilet seat was rhe only problem I had. It's a lovely set. 25th July 3024 Shame about rhe Staff. Apart from rhe lady in the office. She was lovely and very helpful

They could not have been more helpful, phoning back when they said they would and kept us informed about our order which was much appreciated. They delivered it personally which was a nice personal touch and the price was very competitive as well.

"Very poor experience!"

Very poor experience!
I purchased an ex display tap from here that went wrong within 2 months. I understood it to be ex display so expected some sort of empathy whilst repairing it or a discount in purchasing a new replacement. I was explained how to repair the existing item however I was not offered any other assistance I decided to buy a new tap at the manager's goodwill of a discount of 30%, when I got home I was shocked to find the tap elsewhere for £20 cheaper than doble. I subsequently was left with a new tap at a higher inflated price. I put it to experience took the tap home after waiting for it to be specially ordered! Upon getting it home it wasnt as described so went back to get help only to be told they had no conversation about the taps description and that I was a liar and paranoid. I demanded a refund and took my business elsewhere, a competitor helped me with the broken tap I purchased from doble not only ordering the cheap faulty component but also helping me to quickly and simply rebuild my existing tap for FREE! A service I should have expected from doble having purchased from them numerous times in the past. I wont be returning here ever again, due to the way I was made to feel. And felt rmthat strongly that I have taken the time to write this long review.

I have purchased from Doble bathrooms for a number of times in the last 10 years. They are reliable and offer good reasonable price. They will also go an extra mile to help. Recently, I need the tap to be delivered overseas. Although doble bathroom doesnt provide overseas delivery, they help me preparing for the parcel ready for courier collection.

I have spent years working with various bathroom showrooms in a professional capacity and never have I experienced such excellent service.Entering the world of bathrooms and buying very important pieces for one's home can be daunting, but at Doble you get service, experience and really excellent knowledge as to what is the best purchase for your project. Nothing is too much trouble for the whole team. Aaron, the showroom manager, could not be more professional. I cannot thank him enough for getting me through the decision making process.
