Have used Doble Bathrooms twice for remodelling a main bathroom and an en-suite. Prices are excellent and support re queries etc were also excellent.

"Brilliant customer aftercare …"

One of the double flush units I had purchased had a slight flaw. a broken hose nipple.It was well past the warrantee period, because I hadn't fitted it straight away, Despite this Aaron of Doble sent my request for a spare part to Ideal Standard. Surprisingly they sent a complete flush unit FOC instead of the part.
What brilliant customer care from them both.

"Courteous and helpful staff, swift deliver"

I am impressed with Doble and would certainly use again. The staff promptly called to arrange my online order. It was delivered as promised and I was able to check it over on arrival. It turned out there was a manufacturing flaw in the basin. When i called the next day the staff were great, I sent pictures and it was replaced within 2 days to west coast of Scotland. The same delivery man brought the replacement and took away the defected one, he was lovely. Am presently dealing with another bathroom supplier QS Supplies I only wish I could give them the same recommendations. Well done!

"Really good customer service and excellent pricing"

Really good customer service, I had a couple of issues as I ordered the wrong part and the person I spoke to on the phone was really helpful and resolved the problem quickly. The prices are the best available, my plumber couldn’t do better. I would definitely use this company again, it was recommended by a friend and I have recommend it to other friends.

"Highly recommended supplier"

I have only praise for Doble bathrooms. They noticed that I had saved a basket of Roca products, but not proceeded to buy, contacted me to let me know the current stock position and hunted around for an item that was out of stock. I paid online on a Saturday and everything was delivered on Tuesday morning. Some weeks later I found a problem with one item that was hidden under the protective tape put there by the manufacturer and Doble arranged for a replacement a couple of days later.

The staff were helpful and friendly throughout. I will use them again and highly recommend Doble to my friends.

"Having ordered & immediately paid for a …"

Having ordered & immediately paid for a bath which was advertised online as being immediately available, I was later informed the day before scheduled delivery that the only one of its kind in stock had been damaged. Accepting this statement at face value, I agreed to wait 2-3 weeks for a replacement to be delivered. After me chasing them up, I received both a telephone call & an e-mail to advise me of delivery date. One day before the newly scheduled delivery, I received another e-mail advising that the bath was damaged & that no more could be sourced so the order had been cancelled & a refund actioned. However, on their website, the self same baths are being advertised as available for immediate dispatch but now at double the original advertised cost. Why can't companies just be upfront & honest & treat their customers with some degree of respect & intelligence instead of stringing them along whilst holding on to the payment for 4 weeks.

Absolutely shocking posts sales service with a patronising, unhelpful attitude.
I really will never use this company again. I would urge you not to bother either and shop somewhere else.
Disappointing and shameful business practice.

"Terrible after sales support"

I went into their showroom and was initially very impressed. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I placed an order for my new bathroom.
When the things arrived, I quickly realised the shower tray wouldn't fit with my joists, despite having discussed this in the shop and been recommended this one. When I rang about swapping this one, I was told I'd have to pay a 25% stocking fee and the manager claimed to have no recollection of suggesting this one during our conversation. It then took over 6 weeks and numerous phone calls to actually get the refund for this.
I also said I wanted sanitary ware with no branding on. I ordered a basin and was told to get the toilet from the same range so that the porcelain matched so I did. When it came to fit these, the whites didn't match and both things had branding on them. I rang again and spoke to the manager who became very aggressive. He refused to do anything about this, again claimed not to remember our conversation in store and was generally incredibly rude and unprofessional, calling me rude and asking me what the point of my phone all was. When I queried that fact that neither the basin or toilet had branding in the showroom, I was told these were "old models". So they happily lied to me it seems.
I have never encountered a company so willing to take your money and then wash their hands of you afterwards. The main reason as I see it for going to smaller independent retailer is for their advice and after sales care. This place has neither - they don't stand by the advice they give you in store and their after sales care consists of being shouted at by the manager. I wouldn't order from here again, I wish I never had and had just found everything myself on line instead.

"Terrible customer service"

Absolutely horrific customer service and lying staff.

We ordered two items from them which they forgot to deliver and we had to chase them after a few weeks.

When the items arrived we realised one of them was the wrong size and wanted to exchange or return. When we asked to return the item we were told that it was a "special order" and therefore non returnable and that apparently we were told of this "by phone". This is a compete lye as the only phone conversation we had was to chase them for the items when they admitted they forgot to send them.....
The item was an off-the-shelf toilet flush so hardly a "special order"....

Completely rubbish, would never use these people again.
