I ordered my items two weeks ago, they’ve taken my money but no shipping information. They only response I keep getting is that the order is in process. Two weeks in process?! W t f are these items coming from? China?! I am still waiting on a refund, have not received on yet. Read your reviews before ordering from this site.

I placed a pre-order for an item that took months to arrive. I actually thought I didn’t order it because I never received any shipping notification. And when the item finally arrived it didn’t fit well. So I returned it. I then received a notification that I had a gift card because they don’t actually refund your original payment. Buyer beware. In this day and age this company should be giving refunds.

I've ordered several pieces from them and 98% all work it great. When I had an issue with sizing on some pieces I ordered they took care of me and handled it quickly. Thank you VICI!

I am beyond pleased with my customer service experience with VICI. Every time I have or have had an issue my emails are always responded too quickly with knowledge and kindness. It is more than common today to encounter rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional customer service. That is NEVER the case with VICI this is why I will always shop with them.
