Very efficient with work completed according to schedule. Initial issues all sorted out without any fuss. Good quality work and very clean and tidy workers. Very pleased with my lovely new sash and case double glazed Windows. There are limited companies that will undertake listed building work so would highly recommend Lochinvar for this work.

"Extension"

When we decided the current sunroom had come to its end we contacted a couple of companies for quotes etc. During our visit from Gary at Lochinvar to discuss what our options were, he provided us with options of what can and cannot be done. He was the only salesman who provided that extra information. I found him to be pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. When we finally decided to go ahead there was an agreed schedule of works required which involved removal of old sunroom and repairs to the drainage. All the crew involved in this project were polite, good humoured, tidy and professional. When the extension was painted and fully finished with lights, radiators and flooring we were both absolutely stunned with the quality of build and finish. I especially love the full length window in the roof. I would like to take this review to let others know that I would highly recommend Lochinvar for any project that you are considering. Thanks again to all the crew involved.

New conservatory & Bathroom install

Excellent assistance at showroom to give ideas and overview. Gary in sales came out and gave excellent assistance and was quick with quote for both.
Large job over a few months as explained beforehand. Moved plumbing for bathroom as needed with no fuss, removed old ‘lean to’ from back of house.
All the tradesmen were polite, friendly and would recommend their work. Attention to detail in their clean up was amazing. I had dreaded having workmen at my home for a long time but these guys made me relaxed about it all.
Chyvonne was at the helm to ensure we were kept informed and confirmed receipt of funds by return which put my mind at ease. She was helpful and a credit to the company.
I can’t recommend them enough and wouldn’t hesitate to contact if further assistance is needed.

"New Front Door"

I recently had a new front door installed by Lochinvar.
From my first contact, to the final installation, I found Lochinvar to be a pleasure to deal with.
I was given a quote from the salesman who was very polite and professional. At no point did I feel like I was being pressured into agreeing to anything.
After deciding to go ahead with the purchase I paid a small deposit and was then given a timescale for the installation.
The installation team did an excellent job. They left my property clean and tidy after they were finished and were nothing but professional the whole time. The door itself is gorgeous and I am delighted with the finished product.

Salesman, surveyor and fitters very pleasant and professional. Job completed in 1 day. Nicely finished. So far, very happy ( it's only been a couple of weeks since install). I'd have no issues using lochinvar again.
