"Beatiful hijab with nice fabric"

I will most defiently be ordering from modelle again, I loved how my hijab and how it turned out. The shipping was a bit pricey but I understand why it was because I live across the country.

"Poor online customer service"

I recently purchased some items online (my second time ordering). I received a dress in a different colour to the one I ordered. I reached out to Modelle via email who confirmed it was the wrong colour and that they would speak to the team and get back to me "as soon as possible".
After waiting a day I sent a follow up and my response was that they couldn't issue a return label due to me not being in AU and if I wanted a $10 voucher. I declined this, because I paid 5x that for the dress I ordered.
I said I either wanted a refund, a return label or the actual item ordered shipped to me. After not getting a reply after a day (which is ample time to respond to your customers btw) I decided I couldn't be bothered dealing with Modelle anymore and disputed the transaction through my payment provider. I then sent an email to Modelle letting them know I had gone to Afterpay since they were not helping me recifty the mistake made. I explained a $10 voucher to spend within the company again is disrespectful, I definitely did not want to shop there again after this.
So that email got me a response and a phone call saying that the "IT team" or the postal carrier couldnt print the label.
I called the lady who handled this out on the phonecall (I will name her but presumably she's a Manager or the Owner) for poorly handling the situation. She obviously needs a lesson in customer service because your unsincere sorry, rude tone and lack of understanding shows because you couldn't even understand my frustrations as the customer. After all that at least I got a refund but it did take a lot of effort.

So here is my review I promised to publish in my final email that sent to you guys to let others know about my own experience.
