I did plenty of research on this subject and also took advice from a friend, who runs a colonic irrigation clinic and she recommended this brand to me.
I ordered the Extra and I feel they have started working straight away, within 24hrs in fact my gut got going, in 48hrs my bloating reduced and daily movements continued. I am nearing the end of my first week and really pleased with how much better I feel already. I also read to store them in the fridge helps too.
