I initially started with 1capsule of OPTIBAC EVERYDAY EXTRA for a week. No change in bowel movement consistency or occasional leakage. After I increased to twice a day dosing, big change. Regularity of stools and not liquid. Had formed stool once a day - great change!
I just purchased my 3rd jar of above product. Was questioning a newer product : SEED. This product had excellent results on review. However, I am sticking with
OPTIBAC EVERYDAY EXTRA.
