Firstly, I got fast replies when asking about the used MacBook I was interested, and when it arrived I was expecting it to be in a worst state. The MacBook is truly in a beautiful condition for its age. VERY VERY pleasantly suprised. I will be buying from this company next time I need some tech. Was looking for a refurbished Macbook but it's difficult finding somebody you can trust. This Company had a bricks and mortar outlet in Manchester so that swung it in their favour. I'm so glad I decided to go with Tec-It-Out as the condition of the high spec Macbook Pro far exceeded expectations, in fact it was like new. Despite ordering just before Christmas it was delivered via DPD next day as promised and the price paid was brilliant. All in all a great experience, would definately recommend.

Excellent service! I recently purchased a MacBook Air in Excellent condition and all the laptop has is a slight scuff on the outside. The laptop arrived exactly on time, next day delivery and set up was super easy. Absolutely no complaints!

The laptop I purchased was delivered with a minor software issue, however, the fixing process was seamless. I received a free postage stamp that was used to return the laptop and it was fix and dispatched the next day using DPD express service. In all, I am happy with the purchase.

First the product - excellent quality b very minor scuff. Person on the phone was very informative as I do not use Apple stuff and I was buying for somebody starting college. Throughly looked through options with me, pointed out things I had not thought about and which would save me money. I had not thought about weight and dropping off desks/bags etc.
