Tec-it-Out was great at helping me to decide which re-furbished Laptop to choose. Dean was able to explain some of the features as I am a musician and not very techy! My producer had recommended refurbished computers and it turns out that the warranty is the same. Makes so much sense! It arrived so very promptly and greatly exceeded my expectations.Very carefully protected in transit.

I have to agree totally with the other reviewer.My experience with was an absolute lesson in how a company/business should operate.I too expected a bit of bruising on the 2015 macbook pro retina i purchased for the reasonable price they wanted,instead i received a perfect looking machine.The slight hiccup with the the wrong cable was instantly sorted by Charlie.(thanks again !)Perfect service and tech help.Cannot recommend highly enough (and i have been using computers since zx speccy !!)so i know what to expect.Thanks again guys.+++++

Found Tec-It-Out on Google, never heard of them but they had the best price for a really top-end spec Mac so took a chance.
I thought I might end up with some dents and scratches but I got a virtually brand new looking laptop! Original box, brand new looking plug and cable and a laptop without a mark on it.
The delivery was also quick and kept me informed of where the delivery was in the process.
I even emailed them for some support and they responded nearly instantly.
Would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone.
