"Fantastic Customer Support & Service"
I live in the UK and originally purchased a Roland TD17-KVX kit from Drum-Tec last year and recently had a technical issue with the Roland Module. I emailed Drum-Tec to explain the technical issue and to my complete delight and satisfaction they replied immediately and then called me from Germany and arranged to ship me a replacement module. I can't say enough how highly I rate Drum-Tec 1) for their unbiased technical help in selection of product and 2) for their fantastic Customer Support and Service. Absolutely brilliant!!! Big shout out to Heiko.. Thank you.

"Don't deal with this company"
Don't deal with this company. I went on their website to purchase a Real Acoustics Sound Edition for my Alesis Strike Pro module. They state it's an "instant download". After purchasing it, I received an email thanking me for the purchase of the kits for my Roland module, not Alesis Strike Pro as I had purchased. I went on the customer account and it stated no "instant downloads" had been purchased. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal! They're investigating and will be refunding me the entire amount if they don't reply. NOTE: I had sent (3) emails and customer support messages also with no reply. This is one company that doesn't deserve your business. Buyer beware!

Terrible customer service!
I bought a couple of items and wanted return one of them. There was no information about the returns process and policy on the order or website etc. Very unprofessional.
When I contacted them I was told - They can't take it back because it's a consumable article. I challenged this as it was basically untouched.
Their reply was -
“ please have a look at §2 4. in our revocation right:
https:// www.drum-tec. com/revocation-right
Thanks a lot for your understanding.”
This company is not interested in keeping customers happy and with other companies being much more flexible I will NEVER use this company again.
So be very careful to read their T’s and C’s (no matter what you buy). Don’t expect any support, help or understanding from the company and employees.
Not worth the hassle.

"Awful customer service"
Awful customer service. Bought an eDrums cable harness (loom) from them that their website described as having 10 stereo/TRS cables. Turns out it only had 7 (3 were mono/TS). When I finally got them to respond to an email, they acknowledge the description was wrong but that I should have known by carefully looking at their product picture! Unethical.

"Avoid if you can"
As other reviews have mentioned, customer support here is terrible. Please don’t buy from this store unless you have no choice. They don’t care about you at all.
I placed an order which they shipped to the wrong country (!!). They refused to send me a new package and never offered to fix the situation. They also lied to me about the customs release process.
It’s been almost three weeks and I have no idea where my package is. There is zero communication from the company unless I call or email them first.

"I ordered a wiring loom for the Roland…"
I ordered a wiring loom for the Roland TD17 which arrived promptly and well packed. The same day that I collected the item i wired it up and found that the kick trigger did not respond. Tried wiring it into another pad to check if it was not a pad issue, still no signal so clearly the wiring loom. Made contact with drum-Tec who initially indicated that they would send a return form and just exchange the item, great I thought. Following a few days of no contact I emailed Drum-Tec for an update, they replied saying the matter was passed onto Roland! Have I heard from Roland? clearly not, have Roland heard from Drum-Etc? who knows! lesson learnt? yes

"Super service"
Super service! I ordered the Tube-Pro, which unfortunately broke after a short time of use.
A few hours after i wrote to them, they send me a new one, without any question! Just super service, and som fantastic products!
