I have been a customer for a couple of years - wonderful product that does a great job cleaning my clothes - especially cashmere. Highly recommend and the aluminium bottles look smart. Gorgeous product all round.

"Disappointing customer service and product "

I’ve purchased 2 clothes doctor knitwear mists and both had faulty spray nozzles and worked for a short time before breaking. I contacted the customer service and there was no apology - I was told I could purchase new spray nozzles at £2 each plus post and packaging.

I was so excited to find this company and placed a large order. However it did not come. When I chased I was told part of the discovery set was on pre order so the order had been held. This wasn’t mentioned when ordering and no-one communicated this at any point. I lost all trust as they had taken my money with no communication as to when goods would be sent. Really poor and so disappointing as I wanted to try the products. I am waiting for my refund and if this is delayed will have no hesitation in escalating.

Since finding your Clothes Doctor products a few years ago, I have been delighted with how they clean and condition my clothes. I can trust my precious cashmere jumpers to the washing machine on a delicate cycle now, and know they are safely washed, don’t shrink and come out super clean and fluffy, and smelling gorgeous! Your cashmere liquid is the ONLY washing liquid I use now as it is just great, and saves me a fortune with no dry cleaning bills!!

i used the entire bottle and it could not take a single mark off. I challenge the manufacturers to reveal their full data on the claims they make

I’ve been a dedicated user of Clothing Doctor for years. Their products and customer service are first rate. I upcycle and sell vintage clothes and keeping things in excellent condition is essential. The cashmere and wool soap is my go-to for everything. The cashmere combs and darning kit are everyday tools for me! And the customer service people are authentic humans who answer quickly and intelligently….NONE of this chat-bot or robotic answers nonsense here! True, the cashmere soap is not exactly a bargain but I often wait for holiday offers etc which helps. Highly recommended all round.

I've used Clothes Doctor laundry products for a few years now and have been very happy with all of them. My recent order got damaged in transit. A quick email explaining was answered the same day and a couple of days later replacement products arrived.
Very pleased to get quick, positive and personal service without having to jump through hoops!

I really love these products & have been using them for a couple of years. I love the packaging & their ethos, I needed to change due to allergies & these products are perfect.
A recent problem with a broken lid resulting in alot of leakage was quickly resolved & the product replaced. The team are really helpful & reasons quickly to emails. I would highly recommend them.
