I've used unistoragebox to store my stuff throughout my four uni years and they have always answered emails promptly and efficiently. The free boxes are sturdy and a good size, and they have always been willing to accommodate my requests. For example, I was able to have my stuff delivered to my home after I finished uni through them, and was able to store a drying rack even though it didn't fit in the box. If unsure about whether they can do something for you, it's always worth a shot to ask! I highly recommend them for great service at a great price!!

My storage experience at Uni Storage Box was a little bit complex in the process due to the special circumstance. But finally the issue was solved and the consequence was satisfying anyway. Everything was quite good in March, like delivering the packing stuff or whatever. However, since October when I wished to pay and get my boxes back (I missed the invoice email before as it probably went to the junk email, so I asked the company whether they could send it again), there has been no reply until the recent days. It did make me feel anxious, but the situation was patiently explained afterwards. The staff also offered a discount for the delay. I am happy that the company remains reliable during the pandemic as the boxes are safe and secure, and that the issue has been solved in the end.
