"Rude Conduct & Unreliable"

I have used Uni Storage Box last year (2018) to store my bike for summer, and my experience with them was absolutely unsatisfactory.

Shortly, they were rude and reprimanding because they had to look for the pickup point for 3 minutes (which clearly shows up on Google even...) as somehow it was my fault when they've decided to meet me somewhere else and that "I was late."

Anyway, fast forward to September 2018 where I've got my bike back, completely broken... Handlebar is loose and rotating, braking cables show sign of having pulled, and lots of scratches on the body.

It'd probably be cheaper to sell my bike before I leave and buy another second hand one when I came back than to pay for Uni Storage Box AND for repair costs...

The thought of having to move out of halls and put my stuff into storage was worrying me for quite some time. I wanted a company who would make the whole process simple and as hassle-free as possible.

I booked online using the website. The day before my boxes was to be delivered, I received a text as to what times my boxes would be delivered. Then, I received a phone call when they were outside my accommodation. Being provided boxes and packing tape into the whole process is another aspect which makes it so easy. The day before my items was to be collected, the same process happened again. The guy who collected my items was extremely friendly and I overall got a great impression of the company.

Additionally, they are reliable and all information was effectively communicated back to me. I was scared of them not showing up, however they arrived at my accommodation at the exact times specified.

I'm incredibly impressed with Uni Storage Box and I cannot recommend them enough.

Being a student, I used to move houses every year, trying to find storage for my stuff for the time I'm back at home or traveling. I had different experience with storage providers, and Kenny is by far the best!
He came to pick my bags himself, was very friendly and we had a great chat! He also made sure I was not being ripped off and gave me a fair price for his services which was highly appreciated.
I used to deal with my bags being wet or damaged when being delivered to me after a summer in storage. When I needed to get my belongings back, Kenny delivered them to a different city in the time that suited me just for a small extra cost - excellent customer service!

Relied on Kenny's service for two consecutive years so far and the experience has been positive every time. Very friendly treatment and efficient, with boxes being collected and returned on the doorstep, on the pre-selected date. Always punctual. No damages or losses of boxes to report. Was pleasantly surprised by the fair, competitive price of the standard box (company issued) storage. I never tried storing suitcases or large items though. Overall would recommend.
