I have recently travelled to Bavaria and stayed in a self catering accommodation. The house had a sweeping brush which I thought was brilliant to use, and was very efficient!
(I did enjoy the experience of being in one of the most beautiful places in the world too, I didn't spend my whole time sweeping the floor!!)

On my return home I found the brush and ordered it from you.
The package was delivered reasonably promptly given that it came all the way from Germany to my little house in the north of England. The package was most appropriately wrapped and I am very happy with my purchase.

"Fed Ex Spoiled My Experience"

I am very happy with Sotel and the goods they provided but can only give a rating of 4 stars because the delivery service by Fed Ex was abominable.
Although the package was clearly labelled with my full name, address and postcode, Fed Ex managed to deliver it to the wrong person at the wrong address and postcode, although they did manage to get the correct town.
Fortunately the person on whose doorstep the package was left, very kindly used his initiative to personally bring the package to me.
I have never before received such poor service from any carrier and this could reflect badly on Sotel.

With a little trepidation I decided to by a Smeg Coffee grinder as the colour red was difficult to find in UK (without daft price) so sent a few initial questions which were promptly answered which gave me confidence to place my order - confirmation and shipping details sent very quickly and indeed a few day later my wonder machine arrived from Germany - well packed and first class condition - well done SOTEL 😊
