Ordered via Sotel an LG rear-speaker kit for our soundbar and realised that LG had discontinued the product, and that any available we’re taking advantage of the rarity by asking twice the price, but not Sotel.de. Ordered the item, they kept me in the loop in terms of dispatch and likely delivery date and taking into account the item came from Germany, it was in my hands within a week. We’ll done Sotel, would not hesitate to use again. 👍🏻

This was the first time I had ordered from Sotel and I am sure it will not be the last. I wanted a Dewalt gas heater (actually made by Mr Heater in the USA) which could be used in an emergency this coming winter. For some reason Dewalt uk do not sell them.
I came across Sotel's website online. It was very slick and ordering was made easy. Prices were very competitive and it stated any customs duties or fees were included. This was reassuring following Brexit.
The item was duly dispatched and it arrived from Germany to London airport promptly. However, there were then delivery delays on the UK side. Their courier was Fedex. Following their fictitious tracking updates, I stayed at home on two separate days waiting for a Fedex sheduled delivery that didn't arrive. It finally arrived after 11 days.
The heater was well packaged and is now in use.
I recommend Sotel use another courier in the uk, maybe DPD.
