My experience has been good as far as communication thus far, but I have waited over a week for approval from a provider whom I never even spoke with which bothered me considerably. However, Kerry was my first contact and she made every effort to answer all questions and concerns and now I’m just waiting for my medication to arrive. So we shall see how it goes!

I filled out ALL the questions...filled out ALL the papers and was told I was "accepted". I paid $349 and then was told almost 2 weeks later my BMI was too low. They knew my BMI when I filled out the papers yet took my money and left me hanging for almost 2 weeks, I could have explored other options plus gained 3 more pounds over frustration of waiting. Steer clear---there are too many other companies that will tell you from the beginning.

Do not order from company. I signed up for the service but then started my prescription almost a month after I signed up and they’ve charged me for a full month with no service or prescription.

I understand that it is a monthly charge, but I asked the accounting department to please adjust the start date for me in this program because I decided not to start it right away. I have started it now so seems like a very easy. Ask for them to make an adjustment to my account so I can move forward from the date that I actually started the program.
