The medication arrived as promised.
I haven’t started taking it yet as I’m having some outpatient surgery and was advised not to take it til after.

My account was charged and I hadn't heard from anyone..for a week until I reached out to them. I was disappointed that it took me to reach out to get the ball moving. I have since heard from 2 separate people and am hoping I will have a better experience. I hope to give a review with a 5 star next time.

So far, it’s been easy to go step-by-step through everything. One issue was the help portal since it took until the next day to get a response to something I thought was fairly serious.

"I have not had the best experience thus…"

I have not had the best experience thus far. I have had to follow up with Delilah on every occasion (no one from Delilah bothered) that I needed to be informed of where your company was with the physician approval as well as when the product would be delivered. I was told last week that I would have the product on Wednesday 4/2, and yet again that did not happen and I was the one that had to follow up with Delilah. The excuse given every time was there was a delay in processing. Delilah should be on the forefront with their communication especially when you take the $$$ upfront. So far my experience has been less than pleasant.

It has been a very convenient and confidential process so far. I appreciate the texts and updates and look forward to starting my medicine. I like the Zoom call option and the time spent with the doctor on Zoom.

So far, I am very happy with this company. From the first couple of emails to my Google meeting , they have responded in a timely manner to any questions or concerns that I’ve had. Because of this, I made the decision to work with them on my weight loss journey.

"First week in"

First week in, already an exceptional experience. Got stuck out of town so 2nd dose will be delayed a few days, but I’m still feeling the benefits from first dose, eating normal sized meals and losing weight. Feeling great. I’m excited about my Delilah journey.
