My account was charged and I hadn't heard from anyone..for a week until I reached out to them. I was disappointed that it took me to reach out to get the ball moving. I have since heard from 2 separate people and am hoping I will have a better experience. I hope to give a review with a 5 star next time.

So far, it’s been easy to go step-by-step through everything. One issue was the help portal since it took until the next day to get a response to something I thought was fairly serious.

I have not had the best experience thus far. I have had to follow up with Delilah on every occasion (no one from Delilah bothered) that I needed to be informed of where your company was with the physician approval as well as when the product would be delivered. I was told last week that I would have the product on Wednesday 4/2, and yet again that did not happen and I was the one that had to follow up with Delilah. The excuse given every time was there was a delay in processing. Delilah should be on the forefront with their communication especially when you take the $$$ upfront. So far my experience has been less than pleasant.

"First week in"
First week in, already an exceptional experience. Got stuck out of town so 2nd dose will be delayed a few days, but I’m still feeling the benefits from first dose, eating normal sized meals and losing weight. Feeling great. I’m excited about my Delilah journey.
