I have been using intermittent catheters once a day for the past four years, using a procedure worked out by my urologist. I order smaller quantities and deeply resent the higher prices charged with the assumption my cost will be covered by insurance. I'd rather pay without insurance, knowing the higher cost would just be shared by myself and others

"Fast, efficient, and caring"

I have been a customer of Discount Catheters for years now. My orders have been processed quickly and efficiently each time.

Recently, only half of my order was delivered by the carrier. The photos of the boxes were blurry in one case, and of a wall in the other. Both boxes were marked as delivered over five minutes apart which was also suspicious because the boxes only weighed a little over six pounds each.

I contacted Discount Catheters and asked them to investigate. They responded promptly and said they would look into it. Happily, Jose and the Discount Catheters team followed through, and the missing second half of my order arrived yesterday afternoon.

I am extremely grateful and thankful for Discount Catheters‘ excellent service. I will be their customer for as long as I use catheters, and I recommend them to anyone who needs catheters or their other products wholeheartedly and without any reservation whatsoever.
