I have been with Host Duplex for well over a decade.
I was a Gold VIP with Network Solutions, and they repeatedly let me down hard with their technical support and CRAWLING database services... so I spent a good month researching hosting companies, and settled on HD after finding glowing reviews...
they were not wrong.
I'm a web developer, and having great service AND great technical support from a hosting company is crucial to what I do. I gladly recommend Host Duplex to my clients... knowing that they'll get top-notch service too.

We’ve dealt with a handful of Magento hosting providers. Host Duplex is by far the best platform we’ve used. We had issues with MySQL 8 not honoring our query cache requirements for our M2 Magento database instance. Even with SSDs and scaling our RAM to 128gb, 8.0 was still unbearably slow. Their staff managed to migrate us from MySQL 8 to our own MariaDB 10.5 cluster. Reliability has been outstanding.

A few months ago, we decided to add discussion boards to our site. It came down to bbpress and XenForo. Several redditors recommended XenForo and we couldn’t be happier with the software.

I very much appreciate that they took the time to call and check. The rep knew XenForo very well. He was very accommodating and had our new discussion board online within the hour.
