Host Duplex are extremely responsive and very helpful. I am pleased with my decision to have them host my email website and secure my domain name. I appreciate that they always answer and provide resolution to your concerns.
They get 5 stars in my opinion…don’t take my word for it.. try them out you will be glad you did

Our xenforo forums had malware and someone mentioned Host Duplex. They cleaned our malware and migrated us over the same day. We use their recommended firewall and haven’t had any issues since. Ken is quite helpful in answering questions

Excellent all the way around. The staff is always prompt, helpful and they care about your business. They're the best hosting service, bar none. I've been trying out all sorts of hosting providers over the past few years and they're always slow or can't fix my problems. They're also on top of security. They informed us about critical security patches a few weeks ago. I scheduled maintenance for it in the middle of the night. Easy and smooth. Two thumbs up!

We have a fair share of servers with Host Duplex for our app, web and dev environments. We toured their facilities back in 2016 and it was top tier. If there were any issues they almost always sent us an email about it before we knew about it. Phone support is always available. Tickets are handled immediately. You won’t find better than Sam and his team.

With the quick response time of their staff, and rock-solid WordPress performance, it's the best hosting we've found. Last week they handled another migration and two domain transfers for one of our clients. Super smooth. They manage everything for us.
